Ensure your ALTA Wireless Open-Closed Sensors are in proper working order around the clock with replacement magnets. The aluminum, nickel, and cobalt (alnico) magnets are the main accessory of the Open-Closed Sensor that keeps the magnetic switch and trigger mechanism in operation.

Without the magnets, you can’t detect the status of doors and windows or cabinets and containers. So it’s a good idea to have some replacement magnets ready to be installed, just in case.
