Monnit’s facility accessories use data collected from ALTA Wireless Sensors to alert staff, run mechanical devices (e.g., fans and pumps), or control HVAC systems to economize operations, perform tasks, or enhance comfort.

• ALTA Wireless Local Alert—Flashes a red LED, sounds an alarm, and displays a message to alert anyone in an area when a sensor detects a condition outside of preset threshold settings. Quickly add the unit to the list of devices in iMonnit that can receive sensor messages. With multiple alerts or alarms, you’re sure to take action.
• ALTA Wireless MultiStage Thermostat—Control conventional, heat pump, and dual fuel HVAC systems with up to three heating and two cooling stages. Like our standard wireless thermostat, this one includes a motion sensor to auto-detect whether or not a room is occupied. It also prevents changes with a lockout jumper.
• ALTA Wireless Thermostat—Featuring an integrated motion sensor, this thermostat detects occupancy status and adjusts an HVAC system accordingly. It then readjusts the system after people leave. The device lacks physical keys to eliminate tampering, making this thermostat ideal for remote locations.
• ALTA Wireless Control Units—10-Amp, 15-Amp, and 30-Amp control devices interface with lower-powered devices and turn them on/off based on your settings via two power relays. Their relative simplicity makes them ideal for running warehouse fans, automating factory machines, operating irrigation equipment, opening greenhouse ridge vents, and more.
