Ordering Gen1 Products

We want to take a moment and thank you again for being a loyal customer over the past 11 years. We know that as you transition to ALTA, you'll see vast improvements in product reliability, security, range, and battery life. As a reminder, here are some important items and dates related to Gen1 products to keep in mind for 2021.

• New customers may not purchase Gen1 products. Please see our ALTA product line.
• Current Gen1 customers may purchase products until Dec 31, 2021¹
• Technical support will continue on Gen1 products until Dec 31, 2022. Limited Gen1 technical support will be available after 2022.
• Monnit's 1-year warranty on products purchased on the last day of 2021 will be valid through the last day of 2022.
• We require a minimum order value of $1,000 for all Gen1 orders. If you can't meet that minimum, we ask that you consider moving to the ALTA product immediately.

Placing Your Order

Monnit can no longer offer all of the Gen1 products previously offered. The products available to order through the end of 2021 are among the top-selling Gen1 products sold in the past. If the product you need is not on the list, contact your Monnit sales rep to order the ALTA equivalent. If you don't have a sales rep, email info@monnit.com, and your request will be routed to a salesperson.
